Individuals seeking leadership coaching will receive one on one sessions focused in aiding individuals in discovering and nurturing their innate leadership capability.

Organizations seeking leadership coaching will participate in a program focused on aiding organizations in discovering and nurturing inclusive and equitable leadership opportunities.

Academic Coaching

Dr. Eric Boyd provides academic coaching to current academic faculty and PhD students seeking to enhance their research capacity, as well as universities, colleges, and departments seeking to enhance the research capacity of their faculty and PhD students. 

Individuals seeking academic coaching will receive one on one sessions focused on aiding individual faculty an PhD students in increasing their academic research productivity. 

Organizations seeking academic coaching will participate in a program focused on discovering and developing research capacity within the department, school and university.
